DISPLAYER INFORMATION 2008

The display area was doubled and meals will be served in the Great Hall

WE WILL CONTINUE TO ACCEPT A FEW RESERVATIONS TO DISPLAY; HOWEVER, WE ARE FULL AND RESERVATIONS WILL GO ONTO A WAIT LIST

BOOTH: for a 8x10 space suitable for large Skyline type display frame, or TABLE TOP:   $850.00 on or before 04-25-08 and $950.00 afterwards; (Early Bird Discount of $100.00).

 THE ENTIRE AREA WILL BE CARPETED TABLES WILL HAVE WHITE TOPS AND SKIRTS

Included with the registration fee is attendance (for one) to all the functions, Reception on May 28, Lunch and Dinner on May 29, coffee breaks throughout, and a copy of the proceedings. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellations must be received before 04-25-06 to receive full credit.

DISPLAY AREA OPENS FOR SET UP NOON WEDNESDAY

Electric, Carpeting, 2x6 Skirted Table, 2 Chairs are provided as part of the displayers registration.  If you are interested contact  Bruce Stegman

Displayers may bring a second, third, or fourth person (to staff the booth)   HOWEVER, there will be a charge of $150.00 per additional person (for meals) NOT included with the $150 is proceedings.
